Refund policy

Please keep in mind that we are a small business. We do not accept returns and exchanges, there are no refunds. We offer various sizes to ensure that you pick your correct size. We also encourage that you handle your Better Stones with care due to their delicate nature. However, we are understanding that all of our products are handmade, and some finishing touches can slip through the cracks. If any of your items break within 14 days after your item(s) is delivered, we will gladly replace and resend your jewelry for you. You will be responsible for returning your damaged item in order to get replacement.
