Return Policy

Please keep in mind that we are a small business. *Returns/refunds and exchanges are not permitted.* We offer various sizes to ensure that you pick your correct size. We also encourage that you handle your Better Stones with care due to their delicate nature. However, we are understanding that all of our products are handmade, and some finishing touches can slip through the cracks. If any of your items break within 14 days after your item(s) is delivered, we will gladly replace your jewelry for you. You will be responsible for returning your damaged item in order to get replacement. Thanks for understanding!  
Email us at betterstonesrepairs@yahoo.com with your order number and details about item and why it needs to be replaced. We will send you instructions for returning your damaged item with an estimated time for replacement. Once we receive your item, we will notify you and your item will be replaced. We will then ship your replacement free of charge.
